It's a Bridal Shower

My nephew is in the Army, stationed in Georgia. He is planning to be married in April. He and his fiance are going to be visiting his parents the week before Christmas. There is a very small window for the mother of the groom to throw a shower for the Pennsylvania faction of the family, so this invitation arrived in the mail yesterday, with the shower being late in December. I am looking forward to the party, and am hoping for good travel weather - I'll have a 2 hour drive there and back. Looking forward, and crossing fingers!
