Service due

Annual servicing of the boiler.
This means emptying the cupboard which houses it (Yes, I know, shouldn't have things in it - but it is such a useful space!)
Each year I think that maybe I should put a coat of emulsion on the walls - and then I remember that I do have a life after all!
