Not the yellow brick road......

.......but the yellow leaf path.
Realised I have not been going out on enough walks to improve my recovery, so wrapped up warm and ventured out into the cold.  Started with the uphill bit first, which was just as well, as I found it hard going (lack of practice).  This was the lovely stroll back from the canal side.
Must make an effort to go out every day, but dreary weather and early darkness is a bit offputting.
