Lord of the Rings Riding Tour
During the tour we learned a bunch of the lord of the rings facts. Isengard was located in one of the mountains. During the whole tour we were riding along a river. This river is unique because it's a braiding river and that means it moves its location meters from where it was before. There are only a couple of these rivers in the whole world! The thing that was different about this was that it wasn't rock; it was sand under the river. Also another really cool thing was there was the smallest town in New Zealand which was a population of 9 people. There were also these very territorial birds around and they would come up to you and start yelling at you if you come near there nest. And if you get too close, you get attacked. The other animals I saw were cows, weird ducks, and HUGE hares.
