Because It's Christmas, Dear!

Popped in to Scone Palace this afternoon (as you do!) to check out their Christmas Shop in the hope of getting some inspiration.  Bought a couple of tree decorations, which may feature on a future blip, and admired the peacock family, including Alexander (the white one) and Robert the Bruce (the largest and eldest).  

These wicker deer, which usually stand on the mound by the Chapel, had wandered over to the Palace where someone had strung some holly round their necks to welcome customers into the shop:-)

Much colder today and seems the snow is on its way.  Stay warm this weekend:-)
