Riverside

After a morning at Glasgow University I took up a long standing invitation to visit the Riverside Museum .

I had last been there when the roof was just being put on , paying a visit to the construction site as Culture Minister.

Today I was bowled over by the richness of the displays , the breadth of the collection and the intelligence of the presentation,

I was also struck by the number of references to Argyll including this one - the culmination of the rising display of cars in the main hall.
