A little brightness in the darkness

I felt a little euphoric today knowing that the after school football and rugby clubs stop this week until there is more light - which will probably be February.

I've been doing 14 or 15 school runs a week since the beginning of term. Now it will be just 10. YAY.

And the windows are done, as are the Christmas puddings.

As the window fitters were finally loading up their van, their tools were stolen. The thieves were seen and their car was chased but the bad guys knew what they were doing. It happened so quickly and so much was taken. The police came. This is sadly happening too much.
