Play Day

I have been babysitting our granddaughter today - she stayed last night and staying again Friday night.

We have a box full of toys (and some crates of Duplo) which she likes to empty all over the floor.

An unfortunate nappy related incident meant her lunch time nap was curtailed to just a few minutes - so she has been on the go all day - and I have been occupied all the time!

I did grab this shot of some of the toys spread out on a quilt 'play mat' with Jessica playing.

She did have a short nap late afternoon - but we had to wake her up to give her tea and make sure she was tired enough to go to bed at normal(ish) time.

She was awake in her bed for a while - but did eventually drop off.
