Branching out.

We had to be in town early this morning, because J  had to collect his new specs. I went to Boots to pick up our prescriptions. and then we went to Wickes, for J to get a thin  strip of pine, for the board. We came home, dropped off the shopping, and went down to Parc Slip. I had a toasted tea cake, and J had a chicken tikka wrap. When we had finished, we sat outside on the benches, and took some photos of the birds. I think this is a Chaffinch. We didn't sit outside for long as it was absolutely freezing.  A Chinese meal  tonight, and then watching Strictly later, followed by the DVD, Pompeii. A great Saturday night in.
