Heini, Iwan & Viva

Viva is probably responsible for he brilliant warm sunny weather. She's sitting somewhere between Spain and Italy. Heini (Lettland) and Iwan (Scotland) are responsible for shovelling the warm air from Viva up to us.

Out early for the morning walk again in Ottobeuren. After a few minutes saw a Border Collie and a man pushing his grandchilds pram heading our way. I didn't recognise them but was very pleased that Luna was quite pleased to see a playmate and didn't start her normal aggressive (fearful) snapping. Just as man & pram got very close, a woman on a bike shot by on the track and suddenly did an emergency stop .... at that moment I recognised her and she me and the dogs. She lives just up the track and is moving soon and promised me I could have her mobile chicken house.

So didn't get the chance to chat with the man and get to know who he was instead find out that the chicken caravan is now cleaned out and I should collect a.s.a.p.

So did a speedy rest walk and dashed back to our village to enlist the help of the local garage owner who has two car trailers with ramps. However both trailers are in use all week but he said it would probably be best if he collected it himself with his car recovery truck but he couldn't do it until Friday 9:00am.

Back home spent the ret of the day digging more holes. filling more  holes, moving tons of sand and gravel and finally rolling the sand school as Angie said she needed it flattened as the vet was coming to check out horse Sultan as he has been lame on one foot after an injury a few weeks ago. Vet did an X-Ray which didnt reveal anything and wanted to do an ultrasound check but discovered someone had removed the machine from the car. She will return on Friday..
