Friday Farm Meeting

This is our weekly farm meeting to look at progress, Plants and Plans.
Looks like we have some new faces. I suspect they are interns form the Natural Resources College in Lilongwe.
Today is also Pay Day for their monthly saleries ( A Malawi thing and something I would like to see changed). Imagine a monthly wage!! BUT when I began teaching I got paid every three months from the Department of Ed!!
We had a devaluation of currency two months ago in Malawi: 49%. Looking at faces, maybe we have not yet agreed wage increases!! Might be first thing on the agends, on Wednesday, when I arrive.
