A Flying Kite

It's Mrs BB last day off; the weather was dry, albeit a little chilly so we decided on a local walk up to the mast at the top of Machen Mountain.

The views on the way up, at the top and on the way down are stunning, especially on a clear day, which it was. The photo is taken on the way down of a Red Kite that was enjoying the wind currents, with a nice vie wof The Bristol Channel and the islands of Flat & Steep Holmes.

It's also captured a bit of our village, and surrounding farmland.
