Union Canal Towpath, Meggetland

So there I was, rueing having done yesterday's entry yesterday. Once I'd posted it, I realised if I'd hung about an hour, it would have been perfect for  Mono Monday. Tch....

Undaunted, I figured I could surely find a blip with a bike, surely? Where better place to start than - well - a cycle path? Maybe not on a cold damp, grey November day. After call #2, I stood on the bridge at the Shore in Leith and waited.
And waited.
To cut a very long story short, 20 mins, and zip. Nowt. Nil. Niet. Zero. etc

And eventually 9 stops later, I was at Meggetland, and figured the canal towpath would surely oblige? There's one Cigs left unblipped there, so I set about nabbing a passing cyclist.

But this too took a while. And there was a stiff westerly breeze; any cyclists coming into town were doing so at quite a lick; and there's not much of a gap 'tween the hedge and the container....

So I got a back wheel. Will this do?

Black paint, on breeze blocks (Tesco back wall); undated. One of five over there; this is the last one from here to be done.
