Peek~A~Boo

Hello everyone!!
What a difference a day makes. I felt so much better today! I have been out of sorts all week. Glad to feel better today. Had a nice day at work. Today was one of the days that our bookkeeper comes. And, when she comes I lose my desk as it's the only computer with our accounting software on it. This is when I usually like to run out to visit the egrets. Today, I had some cleaning up to do from our bank 'theft' the other day. Took longer than I thought so didn't get out to see what's going on with the egret families. I ran over to visit with Stanley instead. He was quite grumpy today. Hissed at me then nipped at my bare toes(yes, I was in flipflops). I told him to knockitoff and he did. I gave him a couple bites of bread then he seemed to relax. Silly goose. A bunch of the ducks were swimming near by. They are so gentle and relaxing to watch. I loved when this one swam into the grasses then to capture her peaking through the grass....loved it!! Photo done!
I plan on going out to visit with the egrets tomorrow sometime. I'm curious if any of them have fledged. Some looked close the last time I was there.

Things are good with the weight loss. I feel like my clothes are loser and I feel like I'm losing but the number isn't going down. I know I'm not suppose to go by that but if I could just get below a certain number I would be so much happier about it all! :) Eye on the prize.

Things are a tad different now that our son is here with us for the summer. No more naked swimming :( I guess that means no more naked stair falling either :)
I love my son but boy can he push my buttons. And, to have him working with us??? yikes. Makes me miss the 'empty nest'. All in all, I am happy he is here and I will be happy when he goes back to school. Is that bad? I will just enjoy our time together while he is here! :)
