A better day for me. Spent all day in school wrapping presents with a few other PSA helpers so I didn't have time to over think or dwell on anything. Told them that I would be stepping down at the end of this year as I would like to enjoy my last year of primary school rather than finding myself organising every event again. Plus I would rather be there to support someone and help them take over, rather than dump them in it and just walk away.

I'm going to try and get myself into bed before midnight every night this week. I need to start looking after myself again and hopefully more sleep would be a good place to start.
