Sunday - a day of rest?
I haven't blipped for a while. I have taken photos, but I've been out every night this week, (mostly socialising), and haven't been near the computer at home. I will try and do a 'catch up'.
Last night, 8 of us gathered at Alison's house for a Murder Mystery Night. I ended up being a murderer, being murdered AND being a policeman. What a brilliant laugh it was. We all got into the spirit of things, and acted out our parts with great aplomb. I think that the star prop of the night had to be Pat's Barrister wig - made from a wooly hat and tampons. And what a fantastic meal, including FOUR puddings - the chocolate bread and butter pudding has to be tasted to be believed.
My car has been over at Iseabail's all weeekend, where her son Alasdair has been repairing the horrible scrape I gave it (twice........). Bob gave me a lift over to Udrigle to get the car, and before we went he attached pieces of foam to the gate at the point of impact - just in case I am tempted to go for a third one. Al is a very talented young man - the car looks fantastic.
In between socialising and driving, I have been trying to get my Choir's songs recorded, so that they can all practice between Choir evenings. In 8 hours yesterday, I managed to record 4; it's a long, boring and frustrating process.....
