Spent the morning devising a tuition strategy according to a disastrously over-engineered specification; what a horrible task. At least I shan't have to implement it. :-(

In the evening we went to the Vaults and met Jonathan and Liz who were up from Oxford (we used to live close to each other there). Lovely to see them again; J and I tried not to talk about the work situation too much and we had good food and drink.

We raised a glass to our old friend Ogatodomar , still under military lockdown in his home in Brussels.
