"Gloucester - Gateway to the Cotswolds"
This is the bustling, swarming, metropolis of Gloucester, 19:30 on a November evening!
It's the bottom of Northgate Street and I realised I hadn't taken any photographs today. While I was waiting for my Favourite Mother in Law to come of her evening service, see extra photo of St Peters RC Church (incidentally, where Marlane and I were married in May 1975), I thought I'd try a few night shots. This was the best one I thought although I did have some with special effects, mostly the special effects were blur and meteorite storms from me moving the camera too quickly when it was set on a slow speed for low light!!
Just noticed the international flags, these are left over from the Rugby World Cup where Gloucester, Kingsholm, was one of the venues.
