Crickhowell

Today I revisited my home, Crickhowell, a former rural market town in Wales, which has reinvented itself as a "posh" village with a wealthy English clientele and a popular holiday destination for tourists.


All the shops are privately owned in this tightknit community with the exception of Boots which arrived last year.

The result is a small tight knit community offering a range of high-class shops.

Not for nothing is it known as a mini Richmond.
