Hog roast in Herefordshire

We are invited to a Silver Wedding hog roast party in the heart of middle England.
This is very much an English middle-class, particularly Herefordshire, way of celebration.
The pig, organic and locally reared, arrived half roasted on a huge spit.
And the setting couldn't have been more idyllic: perfect weather, posh buffet, girls in summer dresses and men nattily attired all complimented with four hens , named after figures in Greek mythology, strutting across the lawn.
It is a world away from Scotland, or Wales for that matter.
This is Cameron territory.
