Although the sky was ominously dark and cloudy this afternoon, it was at least dry for a change, so I set off for a walk and a blip-hunt.

As I passed Balfron Bowling Club and saw a quartet of keen players, I wondered how many other bowling greens are blessed with such a beautiful background.

I hope the bowlers finished their game - that's the rain on again!
