Crossing the bridge Noodle.

You know what? I've surprised myself. I spend all my time in China eating, but have yet to have made a post about food.
So here you go, this is one thing I recommend you eat in China. Ignore the name (as I suggest you do with most Chinese dishes), it's got nothing to do with bridges, it just a lovely noodle-soupy dish. It's also a local delicacy in Kunming
