Sunfish Pond

The Appalachian Trail conquered. We tried to get to Sunfish Pond in January 2005 but had to turn back because of the ice on the path. This time we came prepared (and chose a better time of year) and made it to the pond from Delaware Water Gap in under 3 hours and survived 5 river crossings on the way. Only another 993 miles of the Trail to complete now.
By the time we got back to Mendham we were ready for supper in the Black Horse Inn with Jumbo prawns, Roasted Artichoke Hearts, baked Cod and Salisbury Steaks. And Jenn appropriated another couple of glasses for the collection.
