I was finally feeling adequate when I reached around to put the soy sauce back on the shelf and bang! My neck cricked again and now it's as bad as it was on Saturday. It happened just before we left to go to a gig. There was no headbanging for me, just a gentle toe tap at the back. At least I can walk.
