Happy Thanksgiving

We made a early start to join the crowds at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade - I'm not quite sure what Spongebob Square Pants or the PowerRangers have to do with giving thanks, but there is no doubt that the enormous balloons are impressive and make for quite a surreal sight as they glide down the streets.

We headed back down town to Greenwich village and partook of a few sherbets at the Blind Tiger and Cubbyhole whilst settling for an excellent slice of pizza over a turkey dinner.

In other news, I bit the bullet and have bought a Fugi XT10 - very excited, more later.
