Incredibly clean and tidy builders arrived at 7am, erected the RSJ stuff, waited patiently for the children to depart at 9am so as not to scare them with loud equipment (not at my request, they just don't like scaring children and filling their lungs with dust), smashed the wall to bits, cleared away, mopped, mopped again, mopped once more and left us with a fairly tidy house for the weekend.

They can definitely come again - well impressed. It's a good job I feel that way as they'll have to come again to finish off. Next week we have a visit from the building inspector and then plastering and woodwork repairs. Hole a go go.
