Dormant volcano erupts on Uist.

Actually it isn't. The clouds however were odd as suddenly patches of blue appeared.
So impressed as I was with the sun that I thought a walk was in order. Within fifty metres of the car, I was proved wrong as the hail was slicing into our faces. Get back in  the car and out comes the sun. A typical Hebridean winter's day
