Merrick and His New Cousin

Merrick finally got to meet his cousin Brynn. The baby and her parents (Kris, the mother is pictured) were surprise guests at Grandma Lori's house when we went over for a turkey dinner.

We haven't seen her for a few weeks. It's amazing at that age how different she is in those few weeks. Moving and smiling, and smiling and cooing. So cute, so tiny, so precious.

Merrick wasn't that keen on holding her, but he was quick to respond to helping feed her. As we left the house to go home, he said..."I like that baby Brynn."

Since it was a surprise to us, I didn't even have my camera with me. The guest photographer is Uncle Steve, baby Brynn's grandpa.
