This patch of Central Norwich, used also to be the home of a thriving shoe making industry : no more.
The makers of Children's shoes 'Kiltie' , just around the corner, has been derelict for years. Suddenly there's lot's of activity. I've had several conversations with old men who used to work in the Kiltie factory.
Sorrow about the chopped off image :best collage would do. I wonder quite what 'Heritage Developments' means.
Any excavations in this City often gets halted by archaeological finds : the digger has been halted for several days : I'm intrigued.
