A beautiful day

A went for my first proper walk this morning on the stretch of path in front of the sea. The sun was shining and making long, distorting shadows so that   i could see what my legs were doing. I just managed 5000 steps but  tomorrow I'll do better. 
Early in the morning there are mostly older men out walking, then the girls in groups, nattering ten to the dozen and a few young runners.

I had a lazy day after that and had diet biscuits for lunch on  my tod as Mr.S  had  gone out for a sail. Not my cup of tea at this time of year.

The extra blip is of our glorious, ever changing view, although I did open the front gate to take this one, exposing my socks and flip flops to passers by.
