Me and my shadow......

all alone and feeling NEW.... partially at  least and getting used to it.
The  new joint feels very hard, which it is, whereas it used to feel unstable and loose and wobbly, which it was. 
I was out walking  early this morning and had the joy of seeing F  with L and A, on their way to school in their woolly hats, waving with huge smiles as they whizzed past me in the car. 
Those kids make me feel sooooo happy and fortunate.
I managed 5200 steps today, a slight improvement on yesterday.
The extra shot is where I stopped to admire the view of early morning light on the weather beaten plants. I do hope this weather lasts a while longer so that I can go outside.
