Bennachie

With all this healthy morning walk thing going on, I'm getting cracking views of Bennachie framed by the trees. Now my crazy friend Lesley tells me Bennachie is an ancient word for boob, as is Mother Tap, which means the entire range is basically a bosom.  Meanwhile, my crazy daughter still firmly believes me when I say there is a pop up restaurant at the top...that just happens to be closed every time we walk to the summit  (or the boob, depending on your preference). I love walking up Bennachie, mostly just the kids and me make a go of it at least once a year, but maybe if I told Dave he was actually scaling a bosom he might be more inclined to join us.
