ladies who lunch (infrequently)

It’s taken months to get these two together; they’re always busy.  

In the years prior to my retirement I had a lot of time off work dealing with cancer.  When I did go back I was still coping with the aftermath of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy so I wasn’t always up to speed on the burning issues of the day.  These two lovely people made my return to work a lot easier and I am extremely grateful to them for that. 

We try and meet up a couple of times a year; today was one such time.
