He started the day complaining of being tired - but when I saw his expression after rugby training, I thought "now that's what tired looks like." 

No wonder he wasn't looking forward to his football training afterwards. 

Tonight we had a band outing to see The Magic of Motown at The Playhouse.  Brilliant show - and got us inspired for our gig at Electric Circus, this Friday.
