Rural Scene

Inadvertently driving into Cornbury Park, the 17th century home of Lord and Lady Rotherwick this afternoon I couldn't help saying to Hubs as we were hot footing it down the drive in the car to stop so I could take a few shots. Nope he wasn't too happy! We were actually supposed to be elsewhere at a Lodge/shop miles away on the estate, not bang in front of the house.

The fallow deer were sheltering under the trees in the foul weather and to be fair it was the only chance of a blip that I could see forthcoming! Nice being treated by Hubs to lunch in a beautiful country pub so all good.
