Off to see the vet

Lucy had a check-up today and was given an excellent report. So much so we have scheduled her next operation.  Andy (the boss vet) said he was happy to perform this when we were ready. When it came down to choosing a date he looked at me askance trying to decide if we would rather wait until after Xmas. I told him not to worry and get it scheduled ASAP, we're not bothered about looking after her over Xmas. So in the end we went for Monday 14th December. This operation will strip out one side of her mammary glands, to rid her of small tumours. The other side also needs the same operation but will only be done when she is fully recovered, sometime next year.
