Sumptuous

Well, well, well! Who'd have thought after my rant yesterday about our crewless vessel, that we would have been sent an SOS message from the captain?

There may be a way forward but I have spent the day continuing the backing up process, just 2 years left to go on the Wordpress Blog.

Who'd have thought that Nigella's sumptuous vegan chocolate cake could be made using an 80p coconut instead of a £12 jar of coconut butter? It was very, very rich, I should have cut smaller pieces!

Who'd have thought I wouldn't be able to buy edible dried rose petals locally? I added freeze-dried strawberry pieces to the pistachio topping instead.
