Church on the hill

Went for a short bike ride today.  The headwind was so strong that at one point I was in bottom gear and having to stand on the pedals to move goi8ng downhill.  This picture of the church of Michael de Rupe, at Brentor. It is 1100 feet above sea level and is built on an extinct volcanic cone.  The views from the church are magnificent but it's quite a climb.  It still has a service once a month and the occasional wedding.
