Exotica to Glamour

One of the buildings I look after is the Huddersfield Art Gallery. This display is part of a current exhibition by Jill Townsley.

Stones from a riverbed have been painted with coloured nail varnish - 'a rainbow of colours' from 25 bottles bought from a local shop in Marsden. The bottles are organised chromatically from deep red ‘Exotica 061’ to deep purple ‘Purple Glamour 43’.
