All change

All change on the Walk amongst the shops. What was the Brunswick Ale House, previously photographed when it was undergoing a paint job, has undergone a metamorphosis into The Joker and The Thief. Whereas previously it was the sort of pub that opened at 7am and was conveniently located next to the local bookies, it has transformed into a hipster bar, which advertises itself as the sort of place where you can watch footie, in comfort, without it being in your face, whilst enjoying decent booze. Well, I only know this from preliminary research on the internet, not from personal experience.

On the whole a very good day, apart from some disturbing news about an organisation I'm involved in. But the day was dominated by our Advisory Board meeting, which went extremely well, and we even managed to "skype someone in" from Paris, and indeed share the screen during presentations and videos.
