Gare de Lyons

To make a change from Easyjet, we decided to come back by train, and what a good choice it turned out to be.
Eurostar from St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord, then a taxi to Gare de Lyons for our connecting train. The sun shone most of the way and we were hoping to get some good shots in the Jura mountains before getting off...disaster, the rain was pouring down, the clouds were low and visibility none existant in what should have been the most visually striking part of the trip. Thus it is you have to make do with a picture from the Gare de Lyons.
I'm off again on Wednesday to the race track at Spa-Francorchamps in the Ardennes region of Belgium, where my son's racing team is in a 25 hour endurance race. I do stuff in the pits, including hanging out pit boards, so I apologise in advance if the blips don't come through everyday.
