A bridge quite close

In looking for what I feel might be suitable Blips, there are days when inspiration and opportunity both seem to be on holiday!!

There are other days when things just seem to 'happen'.

This was such a day and I first thought I'd struck gold - of sorts - when we stopped off for a coffee at nearby Craigs Farm and saw a sign saying that 11 piglets had been born that morning - and were available to view with their proud Mum.

However, when I went to see, they were all inside so that was the end of that.

From there, it was only a short drive to South Queensferry where, as usual for the weekend, it was somewhat busy.

There is always an abundance of bikers in town, most of them motorised, but many of the cycling variety.

Saw one particularly interesting motor bike, but I though this shot had the attraction of human interest, not to mention the town's most famous landmark!!
