Exit ... Stage Right .....

I went out early evening - and yes it was raining again - to take another stab at photographing birds on the feeder.

Haven't been able to attract anything other than sparrows up until now, but I'm told it's early days yet.

Had fitted the 70-200mm zoom lens and was shooting, hand held, with the hut door held slightly open to give me a small slot to photograph through.

This is only about 10' from the feeder (three metres to all you metric folks) so the slightest movement and they all fly away.

Anyway, at the fourth attempt, I managed to snatch this shot, so I must now work on a more suitable shooting arrangement. Can't stand in that position for too long!!
