Burning clouds

I woke to an overcast sky, with the promise of a few flutters of snow. We were not disappointed, but nothing to get too excited about. Some of the snow melted, some has stayed. As I walked home the clouds lit up and swept over the mountain tops. This evening we're off to the night trail to practise langlauf skiing (skating style on cross-country skis). Let's hope we can remember what to do from last year!
