Simplicity

At this time of year life start to feel even more hectic than normal and that's when I appreciate the simpler things.
Most of the village houses have much of the original wood covered over in plaster, but some of them have retained their origins. I imagine that wealth and warmth might have had something to do with the change in style.
Talking of warmth, the temperatures have dropped significantly and the forecast is -17 degrees C overnight!
