Looking up

As promised (indeed hoped for) a cheerier blip. Hurrah.

It didn't look that way first thing when I annoyingly woke up with a sadness hangover. But like all good hangovers after some water, a coffee, a dog walk and walking Anna to school it buggered off.

Probably also helped by Carl being around. With the intention of taking J to the tank but his cold is lingering on and so another day at home. Ho hum and all that. Or in the interests of the season perhaps ho ho ho hum.

I got a good piece of work pretty much covered off and a hard as ever but enjoyable as ever Barrecore class. And somewhere in the middle of the day a lovely lunch with a friend. This picture was taken on the way with the sun shining on my face. I really quite liked the colours, though am a little distracted by the weird light blue shape that I've no idea what it is.

And now The Apprentice and a big sleep.
