Capturing my Journey

Breakfast time

Feeding the sherland sheep and the calves. Taking longer to feed as the amount of animals increase. Remained dry for it though.

Took husband to his second physio appointment in as many days! Yesterday was with the private physio who specialised in knees and today was with the nhs one. Husband thought the private one was very good and identified the main areas of pain but thought she wouldnt be able to completely make him pain free. She thinks he has injured a different ligament more recently hence the more pain than usual. He found the ultrasound really loosened it up. Hes agreed to fork out for 2 more sessions with her. The one he saw today noticed his knee cap was drifting to the left when he bends his knee so gave him some exercises to strengthen those muscles and that wad all she could do to help.

As we were leaving for the physio we came across our straw being chucked off the lorry at the end of our drive. We had had no phone call to say it was coming. Well its good its here but its soaked from being out in the rain for 2 hours. Also had to drive to the appointment through a hail/snow storm complete with thunder and lightning. Was pretty slippy in places but thankfully had mostly cleared by the time we were coming back. Got the straw collected and in the shed now and hugely relieved its here.

4c 10mph SW feeling cold with haily sleety rain showers.
