It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
So, the dreaded Christmas tree went up in the annexe to the main house this afternoon. It's nice as I can see it through the front window every time I arrive back home.
Went Christmas shopping In Cambridge City Centre today. It was heaving with locals, visitors and yet more locals and even more visitors.
Grandpa got some of his shopping done and treated himself to a gentleman's hat in Laird Hatters on Green Street but I had no inspiration and was getting rather fed up with it all. No Christmas shopping completed by me.
Was at Grandpa’s house for dinner again this evening (venison burgers, mustard crusted potatoes and mixed veggies - yummy!) and ordered all of my stuff online. Used some student card perks and my huge amazon order is coming tomorrow via my six months free student prime membership. Yes, I have already cancelled it so that I don't get billed the £32.90 students membership fee for the subsequent year of service afterwards.
After all of today's excitement, or not as the case may be, I hope for a very easy and relaxing day tomorrow apart from attending an outpatients consultant appointment at Addenbrookes Hospital at 4pm.
That's it folks, today's blip is done. Star, heart or comment. I am going to enjoy some post dinner kitty love followed by an early night surf the net till 2am!
Until next time . . .
