Blue Sky Thinking

A cold and wet start to the day, so after a quick visit to the nurse at the Surgery for a BP check, I decided to stay in and finish off writing the Christmas cards.  It was so dark mid afternoon, that we had to switch the lights on and then, quite suddenly, the sky cleared and I looked up to see white fluffy clouds against a blue background.

The resulting photo was a bit ordinary, so as it's Abstract Thursday, I've given it a bit of a twist!  The sunshine didn't last long and it was back to the rain and the wind, but at least we saw a bit of blue sky today.
