Blurry Bee Buzzing aBout!

A dismal day of grey skies and the odd shower. Still trying not to walk too much. Got me back on the piano stool anyway!
Decided to wander round the garden to look for a Blip. If only the sun would come out my reluctant sweetpeas would flower, the soft fruits would ripen - never the less plenty out there. I am still trying to capture a good macro shot of a bumble bee. The foxgloves and Canterbury bells are much favoured so eventually took up a position where I would be sure to 'catch a bee'. If only they would stop, just for a minute, but no, the wings whirred and I have in focus flowers and a smudgy bee. Better luck next time!
A positive end to the afternoon. Contact from a Summer School (only 18 days to go!) friend who is a good muscian and wants me to take some music so we can practice - very flattered but enthusiastic. Also fired up to read up some plays with a view to doing a directors project, low key stuff but it is out of mycomfort zone - no bad thing.
Fingers crossed tomorrow is a better day.
